It’s up to you to give all the nutrients your body needs to recover.
During exercise you will promote great oxygenation through out the body. It’s highly recommend that you start walking at least 30 minutes every day. 30 to 60 days prior would be ideal, but at least 15 days before you should do an aerobic exercise every day.
Did you know it’s only during deep rest that your body can truly heal itself. Make sure you go to your surgery well rested! Keep the good sleeping habits after your surgery as well! Getting great rest is essential.
Receiving therapeutic massages before your surgery can help your body to get the deep sleep your body needs. It will also help oxygenate the tissues and increase circulation. It will support the lymphatic system on its job promoting a detox to the body before surgery and strengthening the immune system.
